Well, what a year 2020 was. We started January ’20 in an optimistic mood looking forward to upcoming family holidays throughout the year, celebrations for a couple of milestone birthdays (including mine) and a family wedding in the summer.

This month’s lockdown went by pretty quickly, probably because not much changed in our daily lives apart from not being able to go to restaurants and the kids’ football being cancelled.

Following on from the positive tests for Covid in the FU household last month, everyone has now recovered.

No sooner had the kids had gone back to school in September, they were back home at various times during the month. In fact, they’ve yet to complete a full week at school due to positive tests within their bubbles.

Well, we are halfway through 2020, and have passed the summer equinox meaning days are getting shorter again. Lots happening in the FU household again this month.
